Terms of Service

1. Purpose. Provision of professional services for email deliverability optimization and sending reputation.
2. Payments. Processed securely through Stripe or other methods agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations and refunds. No refunds for services already provided, except where legally required. For scheduled services, you may reschedule with reasonable notice.
4. Intellectual property. Deliverables and materials are licensed for the client’s internal use; no transfer of ownership is implied unless expressly agreed.
5. Liability. GlobalMail LLC will not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
